Rental Terms

• Currently Leased
• Lease 1 Year+
• Tenant responsible for utility costs, lawn, and snow.
• Deposit – 1.5 Months Rent
• Pay by ACH on 1^st.  Can have up to two bank accounts for payment.
• Pets Allowed with $800 deposit.  50% of deposit refunded.  Pets extra $40 monthly rent.

Income – Combined income of 2.5 times monthly rent

Credit Screening – Income plus credit history will be scored

Criminal Screening – For applicants 18 years and older

Rental Screening – Checks rental payment history, outstanding debt, and past evictions
